Delicious home made preparations by Bistro Cocurantu for those who enjoy vegetarian food, protein food or just a mix of them.


On Bistro Cocurantu's menu, you'll find regional plates, home made pastas , and for demanding palet, meat brased 4 hours on oven settle on a deliciouse red wine, Carmenere, fine sautéed sellfish selection also settle on a special white wine, Chardonnay, salmon with crunchy Maqui cover, and more.  For the end, something sweet for the taste. And of course some of our chilean wine, great quality, carfully elaborate.

  • Salmon fillet ceviche with avocado, seafood saute and a creamy crab .
  • Artichoke bottoms filled with mushrooms and grilled tomato, with a mozzarella cheese gratin, quinoa with ricotta and spinach balls, and lentil with cous-cous balls
Options Principal Dish:
  • Roast veal braised in Carmenére with mushroom risotto
  • Salmón with a maqui crust, accompanied by a perfumed saffron and sauteed asparagus risotto
  • Supreme chicken filled with spinach and cream cheese, accompanied by boiled maze in cream with sauteed scallion and a bittersweet blueberry sauce
Opciones de Dessert:
  • Bitter chocolate capsule with a cacao liqueur fetuccini and a raspberry mint
  • Flamed crepes in coñac with blueberry, accompanied by a vanilla ice cream quernelle
  • Crunch of butter cookies with sweet milk sauce and Passion fruit pulp  
Included : 1 glass of Pisco sour or Wine Sparkling, 1 wine glass, grain Coffee/ Tea infusions
